Tran & Ben

When I asked Tran and Ben what they’d like to do on a Saturday morning in London they said “ride a tandem around Richmond”. Well, why not? Not only did they actually come up with a tandem but they also supplied me with a bike so we could do a proper tour of the area and get lunch at Petersham nurseries as well.

If you’ve never been on a tandem I urge you to give it a try. It’s a lot of fun. So is hanging out with these two – in between delicious grilled fish and ice cream we savoured every last ray of sunshine we could that day. And chatted and laughed and chatted. They are getting married in London later this summer and have fantastic plans that needed to be discussed, amongst other things like living in Australia, football and doing triathlons. I can’t wait to see you guys really soon, probably not on a bike, though!
