North Yorkshire wedding

LAURA & MAX

I stood in the middle of a field full of sheep, with the crumbling ruins of an abbey on my left, a tipi full of flowers and cake on my right and the warm sunshine on my face. “Baaaaah.” goes a lamb next to me. North Yorkshire is a bit like that. Not baaah, I mean. But full of green rolling fields on hills, lots of sheep and from what I can tell a whole lot of crumbling ruins of abbeys as well.

Laura and Max got married in a church at Easby Abbey in Richmond. From there we went on to Jervaulx Abbey where they celebrated in and next to a tipi. The sun was shining and the canapés looked delicious, everyone was having the most fun you can have in a tipi and an abbey overgrown with wild flowers (which is a lot) and Laura and Max had the time of their lives judging from the massive grins on their faces. North Yorkshire, you did well. Thank you Laura and Max for taking me on this amazing tour of crumbling ruins and rogue sheep. I wish you all the happiness in the world!
