I met Jay and Matt when it was just the two of them and they lived in England. So did I. I photographed their wedding on a cold, crisp and sunny autumn morning, so it was only fitting that we would meet again four years later in New York, for a Central Park family portrait session on film, in the fall.
Autumn in New York is always special. And for me catching up with people whose wedding I have shot years later, to see their family grow is even more special. A few things have changed for all of us. Jay and Matt brought an addition to their family – Amara. And we are all living in America now, just on different coasts.
